The plot of the game is about a guy named Aldo Trapani, whose father, out of loyalty to Don Corleone and the whole Mafia clan, died the day before. You will have to go as Aldo an incredibly long way, from an ordinary guy and novice criminal, to a full-fledged mafioso, who will be entrusted with the most important and dangerous tasks. Shootouts, car chases, blood and corpses of competitors, fleeing from the police and more - this is not a complete list of what awaits the main character. 

Gameplay is somewhat reminiscent of the game series "GTA. Just like there, here too you will have to steal cars and drive around a partially open city, run various errands, shoot backs with bandits and competitors, earn prestige, and more. At the same time, everything takes place in the setting of the 30s - the surrounding world adheres to the style of the time and is decorated accordingly.

The quests are quite varied and each is accompanied by decent videos with dialogue between the characters. This is how the narrative is carried out as such. The tasks themselves mainly incline the player to perform various criminal tasks: the murder of a competitor or someone else, robbery, kidnapping or something like that. 

Other than that, it is a typical action game. Fulfill missions, earn prestige, engage in gunfights with enemies and capture new territories of the city, climb the career ladder and develop, going along the storyline. The plot is linear, and the player's actions do not affect the future.
