Total War Attila is the ninth game in the series, and it continues to combine turn-based strategy and real-time combat. This time you will be up against the hordes of the Huns, armies that are sweeping everything in their path with the sole aim of conquering the Roman Empire

The great and once mighty Roman empire is split into two halves. Now it's Eastern and Western Empires. There is no unity, each clan is trying to clutch at the throat of the other, all howling for power. You will have to make a choice and inflict a decisive blow on enemy positions, determine your goals and the methods of achieving them, fight, create a mighty army and defeat Attila himself. 

The game is almost unchanged since the previous game, but it has several novelties. First, in the original game you can play as many as 10 different factions, each of which has its own purposes. Moreover, there are factions of the Roman Empire, as well as tribes who wished to fight for Attila. Secondly, there is more diversity in terms of units, and moreover, each unit is unique in its own way and has unique characteristics. And thirdly, the mechanics of the game have changed. You will be surprised by blazing city buildings, destructibility and special effects accompanying each battle.

The map, by the way, has also changed, and apparently not for the worse. You've got a whole world from Scandinavia to Africa at your fingertips. Travel, conquer foreign territories, unite the factions, and do whatever it takes to survive in this crazy war-torn world. But remember, everything depends on your decisions and behavior: the spirit of warriors, the army's mood, the might of the Empire and much more.
