Yesterday Origins is an adventure quest where you will have to travel through epochs and try to find an artifact that will help your main characters to reproduce the ritual that turned their lives upside down

The game originally takes place in 1481, when a young boy named John is dragged down the street and accused of witchcraft. He is imprisoned by the Spanish Inquisition and a little later is imprisoned as an experiment. During one of these experiments, something goes wrong and John becomes immortal. And that's when his life changed forever. But it was only the beginning - now in our day, John had found a friend and steamed off in search of a powerful artifact that could help him recreate a terrible ritual. 

You, on the other hand, will have to travel through the eras with John. In this journey you will have adventures, a sea of riddles and secrets, intrigues and conspiracies, dangers, traps, puzzles and much more. In general, you will not be bored. 

As for the gameplay, in Yesterday Origins it is based primarily on exploring the world around you and solving numerous puzzles that somehow help you to get ahead in the storyline. Somewhere you will have to create chains of different actions, somewhere you will need to recreate a variety of actions, and somewhere you will need to look for key items and pick up the codes. There are a lot of variants of tasks, and each time you will be faced with something new.

Otherwise it is a typical third-person quest where you have to immerse yourself in a series of different events as the main character, which will lead you to different endings depending on your decisions and answers in the dialogues.
